Returns & Refunds: All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products, and for the health and safety of all our customers—as many of our items are classified as child care articles—we maintain a strict Final Sale policy. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Product Variation: Our items are lovingly handcrafted and/or produced in small batches. Please allow for slight, natural variations in color, size, or finish from what is displayed in our product listings. These variations are inherent to the unique nature of artisan goods and are not considered a defect.
Exchanges: The Exception for Damaged or Defective Goods
The only exception to our Final Sale policy is for goods that arrive damaged or defective. We are committed to providing you with safe, high-quality products.
How to Report an Issue:
Contact us at littlefableco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Your email must include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Upon review, we will determine if a replacement with the same or a comparable product can be offered, or if a store credit will be issued. No cash refunds will be provided.
